Meditations & Exercises
- Purpose: Throw out the sick energy and disharmony from your body, soul and spirit so you can be cleansed.
- When to do it & how often: do it on the day of healing and everyday in the following week, or whenever you feel discomfort in body or heart, or after encountering chaotic environment, people or events, or after finishing a day’s work. Do at least once a day, and it only takes 2-3 minutes.

- Hold the sick ball high above your head, so its bottom does not touch your head, preventing the sick energy from falling back onto you.
- Let the sick energy be naturally “pulled” into the expanding balloon. This is a natural process and does not need you to deliberate “push out” the sick energy.
- When it gets tiring to hold the ball, throw it far away. Be sure not to drop it in front of you to avoid the sick energy returning to you.
