  • 意义: 把身心灵里的病气和不和谐都抛出去,洁净自己。
  • 何时适用 & 做的频率: 在疗愈当天和之后一周每天,或在任何身心不适的时候,或在接触到纷杂的环境,人和事之后,或忙完一天之后都可以做。每天至少做一次。每次2-3分钟即可。

      • 把病气球高高举过头顶,气球底部不要碰到头顶,防止病气落回到头上。
      • 让病气被不断胀大的气球自然“拉“入。这是一个自然的过程,不需要刻意去人为“推动”。
      • 举累了就把病气球抛向远方,不要砸在自己跟前,以免病气回到身上。

Meditations & Exercises

  • Purpose: Throw out the sick energy and disharmony from your body, soul and spirit so you can be cleansed.
  • When to do it & how often: do it on the day of healing and everyday in the following week, or whenever you feel discomfort in body or heart, or after encountering chaotic environment, people or events, or after finishing a day’s work. Do at least once a day, and it only takes 2-3 minutes.

      • Hold the sick ball high above your head, so its bottom does not touch your head, preventing the sick energy from falling back onto you.
      • Let the sick energy be naturally “pulled” into the expanding balloon. This is a natural process and does not need you to deliberate “push out” the sick energy.
      • When it gets tiring to hold the ball, throw it far away. Be sure not to drop it in front of you to avoid the sick energy returning to you.
